Part 2: Customer Discovery – Finding and Leveraging Data
Focus: Using data to identify, reach, and understand your customers.
The second portion shifts from qualitative exploration to quantitative discovery, teaching you how to collect, interpret, and apply customer data to uncover new opportunities and validate your direction. You’ll learn how to harness data tools and techniques to guide decision-making and strengthen your customer understanding.
