The Venture Leadership program focuses on the development of creative leadership skills specific to women business owners and female corporate employees of various sized ventures, it is a unique and powerful leadership experience. This course features powerful and dynamic guest speakers from the Jacksonville business community. This course is meant to help women find their voice in the workplace.

Topics discussed: negotiation, having difficult conversations in the workplace, adopting a leadership performance framework, mentorship, emotional intelligence, the predictive index, the business model canvas.

6-Part Workshop Series from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on the following dates:

• Thursday, March 20th – Session 1
• Thursday, March 27th – Session 2
• Thursday, April 3rd – Session 3
• Thursday, April 10th – Session 4
• Thursday, April 17th – Session 5
• Thursday, April 24th – Session 6
